Based in Brisbane, we work across the city's commercial, industrial and retail markets, representing vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants at every stage of the property lifecycle.
As an independent agency, we're not weighed down by franchise systems or KPI-driven scripts. We invest the time to understand what you're actually trying to achieve, and build the strategy — and the relationship — around that.

Complete Commercial is led by Director David Highman, supported by a small team of experienced, hard-working industry professionals.
Director Principal
David founded Complete Commercial to bring a genuinely independent, client-first approach to Brisbane's commercial property market. With a background in business and marketing, David works across complex property sales, leasing and development decisions — acting as an effective communicator and solution-provider for clients navigating everything from tenanted investments to development sites.
Sales & Leasing Executive
Maclay works across Complete Commercial's sales and leasing campaigns, from first appraisal and inspection through to negotiation and settlement. He is the day-to-day point of contact on many of the agency's campaigns — keeping vendors, landlords and tenants informed, and keeping deals moving once terms are agreed.
